Mission Statement:
Mission Six is on a mission!! Our mission is to ENERGIZE our generation with our Rock/powerpop music and: to ENCOURAGE our peers to LOVE and SEEK GOD!!!!

Biography
Literally “jumping up to get down” – these boys got the beat! With an intense degree of contagious energy in their show, you can’t help but experience the physical and emotional spread of it through the audience like sizzling wild fire! Everyone catches a piece of it and it stays lit throughout the entire performance. The infectious rhythm, techno beat and harmonies meld to bring a sound far beyond their years. All five members of the band are in the range of 12-14 years of age. With a sound reminiscent of their luminaries, Family Force Five, Relient K and the Disney darlin’s Jonas Bros, they are proving themselves as a group to be vigilant of.

In current workings as we speak, their first full-length project being brought to life with songs from nationally acclaimed producers/songwriters, Kevin Cyka (Hillary Duff) and Dan Needham (Jump 5), along with the creative production of their self-written works by Matt Langston, lead singer of Flicker Records, sonic punk group, Eleventy Seven. This project, titled, “SUPERHERO” is slated to hit stores nationwide on June 3, 2008, through WORD/WEA Distribution and ISHINE Records, Nashville, TN.

These five young “super-musicians”, having current roots in the small town of Evansville, Indiana, have a three-fold charge that they want their audience to both experience and have an awareness of off and on stage. This directive contains the recognition of faith, family and friends in their lives. Mission6 hopes to encourage and direct their fans to “smile good” music with these things in mind. When all of this is fused together, it accentuates the essence of Mission6. Noah, lead singer states, “There is so much happening in the world right now that takes our direction away from the most important basic things in life. We want to help our generation “regroup” and enjoy life with fun music and simple energy”. This band is surely headed steadfast on that course. “What a breath of fresh music! With their tour page filling up by the milli-second, the members of Mission6 have a huge immediate desire and that is to Meet You! Having already shared the stage with Stellar Kart, pureNRG, Run Kid Run, Day of Fire, DecembeRadio, FuseBox, Eleventy Seven, Jump 5 and Everlife, Mission6 are in good company! —so come on out to a show, bring mom and dad and join them as this power pop group “jumps up to get down”…
